You may still be able to find this cage at your local pet store. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued through Amazon and Petsmart. However, I recommend that you try another Habitrail product because I find them extremely durable and easy to use.

Alright... this is the first cage I purchased for my first 2 hamsters... the cage looks great, I must comment on how smooth everything looks, smooth corners, great colours. The assembly of the cage took a bit of time to figure out but the instructions are good and after the first few times assembling the cage, it was a snap. I particularly love the design of the wheel - the hamsters love running in it and the only drawback is that when you have younger hamsters (1-2 weeks), they might be a bit small still and their feet will tend to fall into the small cracks that are in the wheel.
And talk about marketing... these Habitrails guys are great at upselling you on extensions to the basic cage - I mean, the extensions just look so awesome - they're packaged to match perfectly with your space station and it's hard to resist spoiling your hamsters. The extensions to the cage can really add up quick in cost ... trust me, after the "Space Restaurant", the "Outpost", the "Observatory", the "Space Station Jr. Expansion Kit" and so forth... I find that I was thoroughly hooked and I gotta make sure to budget wisely.
Generally, this is a very good cage and I would recommend it. After trying out a few different brands and types of cages, I must say that the Habitrail cages are the most durable and easy to use. I've also purchased a Safari cage before and it's bascially the same cage but in different colours - and thus a different "theme".
Good space for 2 hamsters but I would recommend getting some extensions for them to keep them occupied.

- Ease of Assembly: Easy, everything snaps
- Ease of Cleaning: Easy
- Asthetics: Looks great, especially with the extensions
- Durability: Very Durable - can use for many years
