My Dwarf Hamster has the same problem. Bella had it at the pet store, but she had so much personality we waited till she was treated at the vet and then back at the pet store. Petsco was good on their word and called us 7 days later and we picked her up with a little gray spot of new hair where the red spot was. So it was treated succesfully. However when we got her home, 4 days now, the rash is back and she is itching crazy again. I can't help wonder if it is a food allergy because it went away when she was on bland food with a rash cream. I have to bring her back today. Any suggestions?
